Boro thirds finally found some opposition after two clubs had pulled out of the fixture and they returned home worthy winners. Stand in skipper Martin Plowman opened the scoring with a try followed by Bobby Dhillon, Dave Morgan and colt Adam Martin with two tries.  Martin added two conversions and one penalty with the final conversion coming from Jack Bryan.
