Just before pre season training kicks off on Tuesday 3rd July why not get ahead of the game and come along to Strength and Conditioning Training on a Saturday Morning.
Training will include both Indoor (Club Gym) and Outdoor Training and will be a varied session led by Jason Minney.
First session is Saturday 16th June from 10am til 11am.
All interested players, including new ones very welcome to turn up.
