Boro Colts beat St Neots.
The Colts took on St Neots Colts and the coaches asked for a stronger start than previous weeks....that was promptly forgotten! It took Boro about 20 minutes to get into their stride against a St Neots side that tackled well and ran strongly. Boro broke away and scored a couple of tries as well as another before half time, all converted by James Maher for a half time score of 21-0.
St Neots came back into the game after the break and scored a try of their own before running out of steam as Boro scored three more tries. Several boys put their hand up for the MuMu man of the match award this week, as well as the usual suspects there was also Harry Gayton, Ben Cox,James Maher kicked all the conversions, Dom Shaw playing out of position in the centre, Joel Richardson. MuMu man of the match however was between two players, Phil Nickless in the second row who has had a very good couple of weeks and the winner Jake Samwell who took his two tries well and is pushing to start at scrum half.
