Entertaining game!

Once again Boro Colts come close!

Boro's Colts travelled to Long Buckby for a wet and muddy game between two evenly matched sides. Both sides cancelled each other out as the game was played between the 22's with the try line rarely threatened despite some good attacking play from both sides
Half time it was 0-0!
Boro then had a shot at goal in the second half but the attempt was pulled left, shortly after this the Buckby Full Back broke away and dotted down under the posts, somehow the conversion was missed.
The attitude and application this week was what it should be for a game of rugby well done boys, keep working hard and the results will come. Just a note that this game was played between the two sides losing in the first round of the East Mids Cup, several of the second round games already have 21-0 results meaning the game wasnt played... a tad frustrating to say the least!
